Tulsion®  T-45 BD Macro 是一款特級(jí)的基于含有磺酸基團(tuán)的交聯(lián)聚苯乙烯基質(zhì)的固體酸催化劑。

Tulsion®  T-45 BD Macro 通過(guò)控制粒徑的大小而制造合成，應(yīng)用在許多流程工業(yè)當(dāng)中。

生物柴油生產(chǎn)的*步是脂肪酸的酯化反應(yīng)和甘油三酯的酯交換反應(yīng)，這些都發(fā)生在原料油階段。這個(gè)過(guò)程產(chǎn)生一個(gè)脂肪酸酯或者是疏水相的“生物柴油”部分和親水相的*部分。

Tulsion®  T-45 BD Macro在凈化步驟中,可以去除生物柴油中微量的甘油，肥皂，催化劑和離子類鹽等，以展現(xiàn)出生物柴油的轉(zhuǎn)換效率，優(yōu)良的物理特性，化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性和其他操作特性等。

Tulsion®  T-45 BD Macro可以在廣泛的溫度以及PH范圍內(nèi)使用。
