二維混料機主要由轉(zhuǎn)筒、擺動架、機架三大部分構(gòu)成。轉(zhuǎn)筒裝在擺動架上，由四個滾輪支撐并由兩個傳動輪對其進行軸向定位。在四個支撐滾輪中，其中兩個傳動輪由轉(zhuǎn)動動力系統(tǒng)拖動使轉(zhuǎn)筒產(chǎn)生轉(zhuǎn)動；擺動架由一組曲柄擺桿機構(gòu)來驅(qū)動讓轉(zhuǎn)筒作上下運動，曲柄擺桿機構(gòu)裝在機架上，擺動架由軸承組件支撐機架上。

廣泛運用于：制藥廠的總混機，食品、化工、飼料、粉末冶金等行業(yè)大批量混料。

2D mixer is mainly composed of a drum, a swing frame and a rack. The drum is installed on the swing frame, supported by four rollers, and positioned by two driving wheels on the axle direction. Among four supporting rollers, two of them are dragged by rotating power system; the swing frame is drove by one group of crank rocker mechanism to make the drum moving up and down; the crank rocker mechanism is installed on the rack, and swing frame is supported by the bearing assembly on the rack.

It is widely applied in the mixing assembly of pharmaceutical factory, and large batch mixing of food, chemical, feed, and powder metallurgy industries.
